Refund policy

Return or exchange must be reported within 7 business days. Do not return merchandise to us without our approval. A 20% restocking charge will be applied to all returned products after 7 business days. Products must be received undamaged with original packing, manual, etc.

No refund or exchange on custom orders. 

Any damage or missing parts must be reported within 7 business days. Any replacement parts or missing items will be shipped via 'ground' service at our expense. We will be happy to ship any replacement parts or missing items by an expedited method on your account.
